Cancellation charges vary by accommodation facility. At the time of application, be sure to confirm the cancellation rates that apply to the facility you are reserving. |

In the event of cancellation before the number of days stated below, no cancellation charges shall apply. |

For cancellation charges that are percentages, the percentage shall apply to the accommodation charge after taxes are deducted from the charge indicated on the list of accommodation charges. |
| Complete cancellation for a stay of more than one night |

In the case of complete cancellation of reservation for a stay of more than one night, the cancellation rate shall apply only to the charge for the first night. |
| Partial cancellation for a stay of more than one night |
| |
In the case of partial cancellation of reservation for a stay of more than one night, the cancellation rate shall apply to the charge for one night (the first night of the cancelled part), regardless of the number of nights cancelled. |
| Cancellation from reduction in number of guests |
| |
In the event that a reservation of more than one guest is reduced in number of guests, cancellation charges shall not apply, regardless of the number included in the reservation. |
| Cancellation and modification of reservations |

It is possible for the User to modify or cancel all or part of the travel itinerary, the details of travel services, and other parts of the reservation, in accordance with the terms of their agreement with the Agency or accommodation provider. |

As a rule, the User should cancel or modify their reservation by using the screen provided for this purpose on "J-reserve." Payment of any cancellation or modification fee will be made by credit card. |

In the event of a no-show, the User will be charged a cancellation charge on their credit card. It is also possible that cancellations or modifications made via "J-reserve" on the scheduled day of arrival may not be received by the Agency or accommodation provider in time. If it is necessary to make cancellation or modification on the scheduled day of arrival, please contact the Agency or accommodation provider displayed on "J-reserve" directly. |

Neither our company nor "J-reserve" bears any responsibility for loss or disadvantage incurred by the User from failure to contact the Agent or accommodation provider directly. |

There may be some reservations that cannot be cancelled or modified via "J-reserve." In such cases, please contact the Agency or accommodation provider directly. |
