	Payment Terms
		All payments shall be made by credit card through this site.You must pay the total accommodation charges at the time of reservation.Your credit status is verified at the time of your application for reservation.In the event that the payment limit of your credit card is exceeded after the reservation,the reservation may be cancelled, or you will be charged after completion of your stay.

	Cancellation charges
		Cancellation charges shall be applied for cancellations seven or fewer days before the scheduled arrival, in accordance with the rates set by individual accommodation facilities.If you fail to show up on the day of your scheduled arrival, a cancellation charge of 50 to 100% of the accommodation charge, depending on the accommodation facility, shall be applied.For details, read the cancellation policy of each accommodation facility.
